I was in line almost 2 hours! Never made it too the window. They dont care about anyone or anything. These people are outrageous! Beware!
This bank ate mostly half of the money i withdraw i had to withdraw twice because of the ATM. When my money is out the ATM i tried to pull it out but it was hard I did not want to rip the paper so i waited and loose grip little thing i did not know that it would just eat my money. MY MONEY....
only been here twice but both times - not enough tellers, not only does that cause a long line outside due to covid, but if they had a few other tellers - 5 ppl can be helped at once, rather then 2
The lines are always long. 6 windows only 2 open . Workers behind counter doing other things. They should open a window until the line go down and then go back to what you were doing. It's called customer service. I forgot, when you're nation wide it doesn't count?
Zero stars if possible. I've banked with BOFA and frequented this branch for over 40 years and this place has definitely gone downhill. I'm seriously considering changing banks. Credit Union I hear is the way to go.
