Always an unnecessary line. Slow employees. Imagine the sloth part in zootopia. Only 1 maybe 2 working with customers. 1 guy, shaved/bald never helps customers. Just walks around. ?manager or not, be productive!
Poor customer service.nAllison messed up setting my appointment up with the banker .nAfter I was in the branch and told them about it they didn’t seemed to care at all ... they told me to just take a seat and wait 30-40 for the next available banker ?!nSorry but why do u call in and make appointment?nAt least a sorry let me see what I can do for you would be great.
This is probably the best location with some of the best workers. They are welcoming & give a personalize customer service. I’ve been going to them for years and I am never disappointed.
