Soon I will no longer bank here again. The online appointment system is bunk, I set appointment in online when I went to bank no body ever bothered to ask if I had appointment. Set an appointment for over the phone. They never called me. So, I called the bank and the person I was suppose to contact me by phone wasn't available. The person I spoke too was suppose to close my account didn't because I checked and it's still open. This bank is ridiculous. This technology has only made things worst instead of better. I hate doing any business with banks.

Awful Awful Awful.nnThis branch is just as handicapped as the Thousand Oaks Branch.nnWe bought an RV private party in SoCal. BoW sent us a confirming letter in the mail letting us know the DMV forms were in their way.nnNever showed up. Good luck getting a hold of anybody with any understanding of any kind of transaction. After hours and hours of being on hold and speaking with people and going in circles I decided to go into the branch again to try to resolve it. And nobody there could be of any help.nnJust horrible.

Stay away this place is a joke cant even believe this place.....all I can say is wow just stay away you'll probably better off going to the one out of town

The bankers here are incredibly slow with processing simple transactions, and showed no interest in assisting customers. I was told by multiple people I would receive a phone call later that day and never did. I eventually went there and saw my banker at her desk with no customers. After she met with me she told me she had an appointment later day so my transaction that I told her previously I need done quickly was pushed aside. She didn't want to even start the paperwork process and had no Intention on calling me back. Her manager later did the same thing. These bankers will lie to your face. I would recommend a different bank with more experienced and caring bankers. 1/5 Stars.
