I loved this place. It was the first time taking my dog to them when I called the women I spoke to was super nice and helpful. When I dropped off my dog was super nervous and didn’t want to walk in. When I picked her she didn’t even want to leave. They did such a great job at grooming her. I will definitely be taking my dog back to them

Form the first moment I called, they where attentive to answer all my question and made me feel they cared about my puppy. In your first visit they will treat your pet as if he where one more if the family by always calling him by his name and being attentive to his preferences, needs, and behavior. Go take a tour, know the facilities. I will gladly take Benjamin (puppy) back.

This was our first time boarding our dog (7 month old Shepherd). He was nervous when we arrived, but once we were checked in, and I handed him over to the staff - he was at ease. Everyone here clearly loves dogs/pets. You can feel it when walking in.nI especially enjoyed the report card I received - with photos.nWe will definitely be back

I was so impressed with every aspect of Bed and Biscuits. This was my first time boarding my pup. From the moment I arrived the staff were attentive, expecting my dog, and knew important information from his paperwork. It was also clear that the staff had interacted with my dog, knew his personality, and even commented on his distinctive markings. Every boarder I use in the future will be living up to their standard!

My brother & his German Shepard were evacuated from recent fires in So Cal. My house rental policy is strictly “no dogs”, so doggo unable to bunk in with me and brother. Dog was made welcome at Bed & Biscuits, where she was so happy! She had play dates with other dogs her size. Brother was notified when her stool was runny, so switched to a different food which corrected issue. We were encouraged to take her out for walks & play in adjacent fenced yard. She was wagging tail & was happy to return to staff & kennel upon return from walks. It was a HUGE relief to know she was in loving hands during a very stressful time. ALL staff were compassionate & empathetic around anxiety of fire evacuation & dog care. Cannot commend highly enough, especially staff person Trenton. Thanks again for running such a terrific operation & employing fantastic staff!
