Updated...After waiting almost 2 weeks for my daughters glasses to come in we came to pick up and the lab sent the wrong ones. I don’t feel comfortable knowing that we were almost given the wrong prescription for her. I even paid extra to make sure they were her favorite color. We are waiting for her correct prescription to come in but I’m nervous. I requested a discount and hope the clinic comes through. I realize it was the labs mistake not the clinics. Just disappointed as this is the first experience I’ve had with a vision clinic.nnHere’s our update...they are going to waive the existing balance we owe. I’m very happy. Thank you Lake Stevens Vision Clinic. You not only made my daughter happy with her first experience but also my husband and I. I will definitely recommend!

I love their selection of frames, although pretty pricey but I always get good use out of them & wear the sh*t out of them so its well worth the money. My eye exam always goes very fast, service is prompt and my optometrist is so sweet! (Little asian lady) I was in and out in 45mins, my last pair of glasses took a week so I’m hoping for the same time frame.
