Upon entering I was greeted by Shakera who was very pleasant and helpful before and after my appointment.nnThe appointment was quick and informative.nnI have not received my glasses yet so can't give feedback on them but the overall experience was good.

Went there 1.5 yr ago got progressive glasses that were not cheap to say the least. Always felf something was wrong with the prescription. I called twicw and was told they take time to get use to. Finally gave up on them helping me as I kept being told to keep wearing them. I finally went somewhere else to get a new exam and found out my prescription was all wrong. I was told by perle vision I have a astigmatism so my prescription was made as such well I do not have a astigmatism. That is the reason why I have been having such a hard time getting use to my progressive that I got from perle vision. What a waist of money that was. Not a happy customer.

10 STARS - 10 STARS - 10 STARS - WOW AM I HAPPY ! Woo-Hoo I can SEE I can See ! 10 years ago I wasted my money at Costco Optical. I had no Idea how terrible it was at Costco until Sears Optical showed me how it's SUPPOSED to go for a customer. Now I finally have glasses my wife says are sexy and I can see all 4 monitors on my desktop computer without moving my head hardly at all. At Sears Optical the doctor was better, the exam was quicker, the girls out front were WAY NICER, EVEN HAPPY ACTING ! ...and my glasses are so very nice, I have not been able to see this clearly IN OVER A DECADE! Way-To-Go Sears Optical - THANK YOU SO MUCH - You have brought me so much happiness, it's better than Christmas.

Need to get a new appointment system and phone staff. Had first visit 4/2018. They prescheduled my 4/2019 visit at that time. Received several automated emails nearing the appointment to request confirmation of the appointment. Continuously, the link brought me to a “reschedule” page and would not let me confirm. i emailed about two weeks prior to the appointment to reiterate the problem. NO response. Then I called stating I cannot get the automated confirmation link to work, there’s a problem and I need to manually confirm this apt. The gal (wish I would have got her name!) apologized and SAID she manually confirmed it.nnI showed up to my appointment just now only to be told the appointment wasn’t confirmed!!! How much more proactive could I be!?! I tried the link, emailed and called!!! Not only this, the gal (again didn’t get her name, whenever is working 4/13 at 9am) literally said, “ sorry guys, not sure who you talked to but there’s no appointment”. And left it at that! We walked out and WILL NOT be back!
