This was the only shop that carried my Novo 2. It was clean, fast service and good prices.
Rude staff, High prices, No knowledge on almost all products. Unwelcoming to their guest and we were extremely polite. If you can't appreciate my business I'm sure someone else will actually be happy to have my business.
Good place quick and good prices
Added a 50 cent card fee after telling me the total and didn't ask confirmation. I was over the normal 5$ minimum. These people don't care about you, if you left your wallet on accident, I doubt they would hesitate to use your money and toss your wallet. Don't go here unless you have to. Since it's a smoke shop, no one NEEDS them. If you go they may greet you pleasantly, just don't ask too many questions.
The lady was being short with me. I walked in and said hello good morning and didnt even get a hi back. I began to order and she grabbed three of my choices and went to the register. I told her i wanted to buy more but because she had already cut me off and rang me up that i wont spend any more money here. I have been coming here for ten years and i have never had any issues until today. I dont expect royalty treatment, but have you ever even tried suggestive selling? Do you even know about your products? Can you even speak english? Maybe you should leave town and let another better business take your place. Like i said ten year customer is done with tobacco city because the asian lady is a rude one.
