Waited in line for half an hour just for the teller to tell me she couldn't do a wire transfer for me and to come back another day...
Very bad Non-Service here...no customers in the bank and four workers ...only one worker “specialist “able to place my order for foreign currency...this “specialist” was in a side office with another customer ...I was told to “take a seat and wait for a minute or two “...this was actually 40 minutes...nI left ...oh! yes I asked to see the manager but turned out that this was the “specialist “...nAvoid this Branch ...perhaps this is their goal...
If you plan on spending your whole day just to cash a check then this is the right place for you! Female clerk was so slow at cashing a check. They should have a sign warning customers. The sloth character in the movie Zootopia at the DMV can do a faster job.
the teller had no experience depositing foreign currency and the manager who was walking around didn’t bother helping her and asked me to come back 15 min later
I opened a bank account here and applied for a credit card. The first time it didn't work but when I returned there the manager itself apologized and was very helpful and coherent. He was very friendly and patient and went through all the details. I like this branch the most.
