Unhelpful and unpleasant staff! Customer service need to be improved! They definitely doesn't care about their customers or maybe do it very selective

The manager in this branch is so unhelpful. I’m a US Bank customer and have done in many other branches western union transfers as well as notarized documents. In these branch, she makes the western union transfers very lengthy and difficult. So, I don’t come here for that anymore but I just came to notarize a document and she told me that is not done at the US Bank which I know is not right as one of her employees also pointed out. She is also very impersonal and not very nice. Completely different experience from all other US Bank branches I have used

When I first opened my account here- it was a very pleasant experience. Each request was accomplished quickly, and staff seems to get me in and out like no other financial institutions I've experienced.nOverall I just been very happy with each and every banking experience there.

Usbank is so unorganized and just and overall horribly run bank I'd never advice anyone to bank with them
