I came here looking for a specific pair of pumps and online it said the outlet had 1 pair left, so, I went in determined to get it and I couldn't find it. The manager literally got a ladder and looked in the back for it and brought the ladder out and looked through the stacks and stacks of shoes until she found it!! This is what you call EXCELLENT customer service. Lots of parking. Great deals. I will be returning!
Usual greeting upon entering store, then totally ignored as I made it obvious to look for a shoe that I was interested in. Staff stood and told negative stories of previous employers, until I had to interrupt them for assistance. Becoming all too coming an experience. Just ordered shoes online, much more pleasant and less frustrating.
Great prices like online.
