I am a black woman who was racially profiled and treated like a thief. The staff would not respect social distance. I was very surprised that the staff were all complicit In this action. When I complained I was told I don’t have to buy anything. I asked for the manager and was told there is none. Very nasty and discriminatory to blacks.
These guys here closes @6pm, doors locked and yet the whole outlet closes at 7pm. Store manager or assistant needs to get fired. Came here on 8/24/2020 @6pm. Figure they were open as when I was parking my car, they let out some customers.nnI approached the store and waited, doors were locked didn't see any worker, waited outside for 15 mins and called the store (no answer) since I drove 2hrs to get to this store.
I bought something at this place and brought it back for a FULL refund in the allowed time on Black Friday and this store couldn’t do a refund because they said it was a busy day and said come back some other day. I explained to them that day that I rarely come to Gilroy and don’t have the time. They said sorry we can’t do anything about it! So I finally found time today to go and the cashier said “Oh you bought this last year” That’s already a long time. Seriously, give me a break. Very bad customer service! Their attitudes are horrible and they look bitter!
