Went into renew CD-IRA this to get higher rate. Other banks let me do this over the phone. I had to come back in two additional times. The most recent one was over a month after signing the original papers. Won’t use US Bank again.

Very helpful and friendly. Although it’s a small kiosk Carla and Monique always work at a fast pace to get people in and out quickly. Setting up an account was super easy and I have had no issues. Highly recommend banking with them.
