Westley did such a great job with our 10 year old Lhasa Apso, Tango. Having just moved from out of state, we were worried if we’d find the right groomer for him here, especially since he’s a very anxious dog who is generally nervous since he had a bad grooming experience as a puppy. Turns out, we worried over nothing! Westley was extremely friendly, understood Tango’s behavior very well and ensured he was comfortable with the experience.nnAlso love that they share a report card at the end. You can tell that they truly care for the dogs - we’d be coming back here for sure!
Citydog Club in Mountain View did a superb job taking care of Lexi this weekend! The staff were so friendly and professional. We felt safe dropping her off, knowing they were following COVID protocols carefully. Lexi later returned to us fluffy, groomed, and oh, so, happy. FIVE STARS! I highly recommend this place!
Our puppy LOVES Citydog club and we do too! Staff is super friendly as are the dogs. Great facilities and price. Groomers do a great job too!
I love the report cards. I can tell the groomers understand my dogs personality types and know how to work around it to make it a most successful visit as possible every time. Happy I found a new grooming home for my dogs.
This place is awesome. Our fuzzy little boy has really enjoyed his time here so far. The team seems very attentive and loving with the doggos as well. We also had a good experience with grooming and nail trimming here, he came back smelling like blueberries for about a week, it was wonderful!nBeing that my significant other and I are both nurses I wish they would open earlier since 7am is too late to drop him off, but other than that I think this place is great!
