It used to be a great location. But my last experience is getting worse. Needed to deal with a very unfriendly and inflexible gentleman there today.nDid you hire him out of DMV? I spent quite a trip to get things done at this location, but instead was told to schedule appointment.

It's rather surprising for me to consider writing a review about a bank, however the staff at this Wells Fargo location is amazing!nnI've encountered many friendly people at banks throughout the years, and a few not so friendly / incompetent ones. And, after I had enough of Bank of America and Bank of the West. I'm here. (I'm still also at Chase, they are a solid second-place for me.)nnI've been in the bank quite a few times since opening my accounts. Each time, every person I've met has been super-friendly and nice. I haven't been to other locations much, so I don't know if it is company wide or just here. I suspect, just this location. Anyway, the staff is exceptional in attitude, service, and competence.
