It's a good neighborhood bank for your day to day banking. I got my mortgage here. The service was alright. My banker were helpful and educated me on the process.nnAlthough I would prefer someone who's more tech savvy and organized.

What can I say Wells Fargo is the best bank in the world. Feels very comfortable and friendly. Best staff and free coffee and water.

I would give less of a review, but that is not an option. We had cancelled our automatic payments to our previous landlord over one month in advance...low & behold Wells Fargo messed up & the payment went through anyway. We called customer service on the 1st of the month when the payment was still in the 'Pending' mode & they confirmed that the payment should have been cancelled, it was their error, & that the money would be returned within 10 business days. So fine we decided to wait. Well low & behold about a week after that conversation with customer service we get a letter in the mail stating we need to contact someone else, that they were not the correct people to speak with. So why were we not told this immediately? So we contact the person we were instructed to & they state the money will be back within 3-5 business days. Well guess what? The money was still not back in our account. So once again we contact the 2nd person who then stated that they are not the person who was to give us the refund of our money that they paid in error, that we are to contact the manager of the bank where the original stop payment request was made. So we contact that branch & are informed once again that yes, it was Wells Fargo's error that the money was withdrawn & it will be returned to our account within 1-2 business days. Well guess what? You have it, the money was not paid back into our account. So we contact the branch again & are told that only the manager can handle this but the manager is not at the bank so it will have to wait until after the weekend. So now it's 16 days that we've been given the 'run around' trying to recover our money that Wells Fargo paid in error. Our money should have been immediately returned to our account due to it being a Wells Fargo error & then they should be the ones waiting for the refund. I am highly unimpressed with the service we have receive...or actually, the lack of service. I'm leaving this review on the Mountain View branch site due to this being the location where we put in the original stop payment request. However, Wells Fargo as a whole has been at fault for our disgusting experience.

Bank manager extremely professional and knowledgeable about Trust accounts and complex financial policies. Excellent customer satisfaction.
