This is by far the best Wells Fargo. The staff are consistently friendly, amicable, efficient, prompt, polite, respectful. Having a bad experience here is impossible
This place has better hours than a normal Wells Fargo bank! So convenient!
While the service itself was very good, I am fuming over a recent International Wire transfer that I tried sending. So this review is about Wells Fargo, not this particular branch.nnFirst, the bank charges a $35 wire transfer fee to banks it is not associated with. Really? $35 to TRANSFER money, when checks are free? Second, why do they charge when Chase and Capital One do not?nnSecond, not at any point was I informed that there could be ANOTHER fee on the receiving end. So get this, it now seems to cost $70 to send another person money. Then I called the international line since I'm now traveling and they were useless and terrible in helping me out. Ok Wells, I'll be moving somewhere else, just for the annoyance and rip off factor of all of this.
