I went to the boa Mathilda branch to access my safety box this morning around 10am 12/17/2019. The lady’s attitude was very cold and rude. She yelled to me when I couldn’t find my safety box right away. I wondered why a boa staff did not have any idea about her working related environments and showing courtesy to their customers.

Plenty of parking and convenient location. My only real problem is every time I go to use the ATM there is the same persistent foul odor (smells like body odor or feces). At least it probably lowers how much cash I burn through since I use the ATM less.

They are temporary closed for remodeling. (Just the ATMs work inside.

1 teller for about 40-50 people in line. Manager apologizes for not having more tellers, instead of helping out when he has no workers and a ridicules line of people waiting...nAs a manager, if you don't have tellers, you should let go of your pride and substitute for one instead of walking around the branch. At least when it's sooo busy...
