Knowledgeable staff that get you the true fit. I thought my recommended fit boots were too snug, but I'm thrilled I broke them in over a few days because they're a perfect fit thanks to the staff at Red Wing.

Really great service at this location. Staff is helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable. They make sure you leave with the what you want in the right fit. It can get pretty busy but the employees definitely make sure everyone is fairly given the attention needed. I definitely will keep coming back here because of this, as if the really quality boots weren't reason enough!
I needed a pair of steel toed shoes urgently for a work related thing. I walked in explaining that I didn't have the voucher from my work yet. The salesman checked with someone on what they could do and told me I was eligible for a discount from my work. They helped me pick a shoe based on my usage. I went ahead and bought the shoes and came back a week after to see if I can use the work voucher that I got later on my previous purchase. They were really helpful in doing a return and repurchase of the shoes with the voucher. I would highly recommend this store. They are super helpful and nice.
