They don't have 10 one hundred dollar bills for me when I made a one thousand dollar withdrawal. They said they need to have those bills for some other customers. Isn't it a first-come-first-serve system? I finally negotiated to have only 5 instead of 10. They told me to call the next day to find out if they have 10 one hundred dollar bills! They also asked me to try other branches.

I came here a few months ago and the associate who helped me was very nice, very polite and very helpful. I wish I could remember her name but she was our first interaction with someone from this county (I am from L.A) and she just made our whole vacation even better.

The manager or whatever he is needs to get off his power trip. Denied me a new temporary card when it was their fault for shipping it to my wrong address after they made clear that my new address had been updated. He was rude and had no intentions on helping me. Worst service I’ve seen and first time I’ve ever written a review so that goes to show how ignorant he was.
