I had stood by Wells Fargo for over 20 years, but today I am done. The broken processes with my mortgage and fees on checking account when I told there would not be any fees since we have a mortgage with them, has put me at my wits end. Closed one account today, few more to follow and I will refinance somewhere else. Then on top of the that, the customer service agent that was working told me she was late to lunch, so I left and told her I would figure it out on my own. Bye bye Wells Fargo.

The Hours say that there is a drive-through that opens at 07:30. I went there at 07:30, and there is no drive-through at all... I tried to update this listing on Google Maps, but I could only request an edit to the main bank hours, not the drive-through hours.

I had the most wonderful experience with the staff at this Wells Fargo, so friendly, professional, and down to earth. Thank you to Sarah and Lilian for such a great time. I entered with a smile and left with a bigger one! You guys are great!
