I am a long time customer of Citibank. Today I had worse experience ofnvery bad service from this bank Br. Manager. She provoke customer to close account with Citibank. However the teller was very kind but helpless. Top Management must do some thing and take a look on other reviews.
Unfriendly staff and service, will avoid doing business at this branch
Staff does not understand English, tried to ask them to confirm a Citi Phone number which I got from an e-mail - to check if the e-mail was legit, and they kept telling me to call the another number
Worst bank ever. Staff is so rude
Waited 45 minutes in a nearly empty bank for the manager to help with a simple transaction. Finally a teller called another branch and was able to do it.
