I just deposited $840 to their ATM machine. Their machine is so old and making noises . It was my first time to use their machine. Compared to ATM machine , Bank of America, it is malfunctioning.
Come here for work errands and the tellers are always wonderful to me-- very hard workers that know what they're doing. It's in a pretty quiet area so there's rarely a wait, too!
I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes to speak to a banker. No one has been available to speak to me. One banker keeps chatting with her client. I understand the need to treat clients well, but this is just too much. There's a time and place to chat. I world give this location 0 stars if possible. The only reason why I stopped by this branch is because it's close to work.nnThis branch is extremely incompetent. Do not speak with Gwen.
