the tellers are very rude. they are not helpful either. i am a long time BofA customer, and we went there to open up a bank account for my kids, i was lectured on how it takes 1hr to open up a single savings account. i was asked to make an appointment and come back. level of service does not meet my expectations. terrible service- the team here can use education on how to treat customers, be more agile and improve their engagement.
This place sucks the people working there are the most rudest people I have meet. Lobby clerk just stands there doesn't open the door or greets the customers.
They don’t know what they are doing. Rude people.
Just try to balancing out the rating. Good neighbor for the past 20 years! They rotate their tellers so often that I cannot know them well.
I am a white american and nobody at this location or any other Bank of America branch has ever been rude to me.
