Bank of America Financial Center

I am recently unemployed the first time in my life due to pandemic. Having said that my car was in the shop and I needed to withdrawal $1,700 cash from my EDD unemployment account and balance was more than adequate to accommodate. Knowing that I can only take $1,000 at a time a day off the ATM card I went inside to get cash all at one time from a teller. She swiped my card through machine and declined it thus freezing my account. She then told me I had to call customer service to fix it. So i sat in the lobby for an hour dealing with customer service getting my card unlocked and instructions on how I could attempt it again. Apparently I had attempted the proper protocol and there should have been no reason or any difficulties. There was one agent who works in a private office and I asked her since the line was now substantially longer. I asked her to help me and she was the rudest most unprofessional Bank personnel I've ever encountered in my life. She not only chastise me and refuse me and did not let me finish the even what I had to say she yelled at me and then when I asked for her name she covered her name tag with her hand and that her name was not important to me. As she scurried away she instructed I need to go deal with this at my bank. First of all I am a bank account holder with Bank of America and she made me sound like I was free loading from the government. All of this while I was standing there and line if completely humiliated and embarrassed in front of everyone. Even though I was very upset and offended I did not raise my voice or be contrary. I got inline again and to the teller. Once again I tried the appropriate protocol that was confirmed to me by customer service. The teller obviously saw what happened and was slightly sympathetic. She did her job and gave me my money without any hassle 2 hours after I walked in that bank. This branch is an embarrassment to our community.

After all these bad reviews... I don't know, maybe we got lucky. Or maybe most people only care to complain, not to praise? Still, been there on Monday morning, and everything went just fine. Waiting time - reasonable, within 10-15 min. The clerk... she was perfect. Very nice and helpful. Thank you, Yutong, you made our day, seriously.

Long line again. In the middle of the month on Saturday morning , long line at another BOA branch in Cupertino ! BOA sending employee to “work from home “ while customers lining up outside their branch under Sunlight for hours waiting for their service. The work is here at the branch !nnThis situation has been like this for 4 months due to pandemic , and BOA doesn’t seem to wanna mitigate this issue.

I called this center and took appointment at 3 and when I went there at 3pm they said they don't have appointment in the system. Decided to wait. Looks like this center is getting disorganized. Lot of bank representative calling each other walking all across, not helping much. Some one should look into this.

Have been here several times in past 2 months and all have really bad experience. I am with bank of American for more than 20 year and now I am thinking to move out of it as the service becomes really intolerant these days.
