I bought a pair of black heels a week ago which I find surprisingly comfortable despite the fact I haven't worn heels in years. The employees here are very helpful. I tried about 8 shoes before finally finding the right one. They are very patient which I find rare these days. There shoes are stylish and comfortable and it looks like it will last a long time.

I love this store and the team that runs it; I've never had a bad experience here! I have to be very careful about the shoes I wear due to some physical injuries and so I often need to try on a variety or shoes and take my time deciding what will work. I went in a couple weeks ago for boots and the team member helping me not only brought out all the shoes I wanted to try but also suggested some possible options. He was very patient and helped me find the perfect shoes to fit my needs. No doubt I'll be back in the future.

I went in to Clark’s to do a return and the girl was in training so she asked for help. The girl that helped was extremely rude and hostile. Right from the start she gave me attitude. I was having problems putting my chip into the machine and she comes around and snatches the card out of my hand puts the card in and responds with (that’s all you had to do) I simply asked her to calm down the she insisted that it was my fault that she was having a problem. This girl needs to be talked to about how to speak politely to customers very very disappointed I loved this store and bless the girl that was being trained she will be a better assistant manager than that girl! I will no longer be shopping at this Clark’s store again!
