The staff at J Crew Valley Fair is friendly and helpful. The store is very well organized. This season J Crew has the most beautiful pieces. Now they even offer the ship to store option. I love this store, they go out of their way to make sure you find what you’re looking for and if they’re out of you size they will find it for you, either online or at another store. For a while I thought this store needed some real good shaking up. Sometimes you go there and it's as if no one sees you. Once in a while you get good service... but yesterday I went I along with my daughter and was immediately approached by the nicest sales person name Tatiana. She was very knowledgeable about the stock. Made several trips to price check and exchange items for us. I was really impressed with her genuine care, so I decided to write a review. Thanks Tatiana.
