Love their shoes! Staff was very helpful. And they had my big size 11s in most of the styles I wanted to try.
Horrible exchange & return policy. Bad customer service all the way around. I received gift and boots way too small and didn't like at all. $400 brand new .... They wouldn't help me & told me basically to go pound sand
Awful service. The clerks put the order aside and did not start processing it til almost one week after. The result is the one I ordered is unavailable, and another one I could order online for substitute is also sold out.
Awful return and exange policy. Just few sizes available in store. Never buy online! You can’t exange sale item even for full price item with additional cost. All sales ( even 30%) are final. I don't know where they explain it in store, but online you can find only in customer service section. You should exchange even full price item in good condition (that you tried once at home) only within 14 days. No customer service at all. On the phone you can get support for future purchases or from security department.
