Great customer service. I've been to this location twice, I think, and each time I've been greeted right away, assisted right away, etc. I didn't even buy anything the first time, because I was waiting for a sale, and I was still treated well the entire time.

My husband got me a pair shoes for my birthday. It broke after one week. When I went to store ask for return or exchange, they insist it’s called “ damage “ rather than “ deficit”. They refuse to return or exchange bc it has been worn. How would I know the lifespan of the shoes are one week if I don’t wear them?
