I'm glad that they were able to open for business... Outdoors, but it was really cold at the tables.. temperature-wise. I left a winner but would have liked to played longer. Next time I'll take a jacket.
customer service skill needed for all the staffs in this store, little bit rude.nwhen i came to this store felt like all the unfriendly, unhappy staffs are working here, your pets need to wear diaper when visit that store w u unless you can control them .You mark your stuff by putting your name on it; dogs mark their with urine, especially puppies. Staffs looked really mad when your pet has accident peeing in store. watchout!!!
My Chocolate Lab loves this place. They have everything! My Bridget loves the dehydrated chicken treats. They have a dog wash so you can keep your pooch clean and smelling good. The staff are very helpful.
Rude, ever since virus came along like so many other bay area stores. The tattooed sales people make me feel unwelcome.nI visited a friend in Placerville, nice clean stores, no paranoid masked people, better service. These people with their little jobs can keep Pet Club. Bye bay area.n.
Staff was incredibly helpful with choosing a flea treatment for our puppy. Prices were very reasonable too.
