The general appearances of the business I felt was fairly decent from the exterior. Inside, it appeared clean and organized. The greeter immediately welcomed me and asked me if I needed any assistance. I stood in line with about four other customers and there were two teller windows open. The wait was about 5 min and I conducted my business and left shortly afterwards.
Wonderful team here. Linda, the branch manager, and Maria, the banker who assisted me, were both very friendly and helpful. They communicated clearly and were able to help me get all my tasks accomplished quickly.
I personally enjoyed the service here when I created a checking account for the first time with the help of Ben at this location. I was greeted and brought to a desk shortly after sitting down in the lounge to start up my account. I was able do everything I needed in a short amount of time with the service provided here. They even assisted me when I wanted to cash in a check at the time. Afterwards, I got to meet the manager and was greeted again on my way out. I eventually got a call from the store asking me if I had any questions for them which I did and they answered me completely. I would recommend this Wells Fargo Bank to anyone who wants excellent service for starting up a new account.

Terrible experience with the tellers. For a $30 check they were giving me grief. I’ve been with the bank since 1993 and a PMA account holder and have 4 business and merchant accounts. Stay away!
