They have limited hrs of operation due to covid but no one picks phone at this location, so not sure if walks are allowed. And there are no appointments via app as well

This is one of the worst BOA branch I have encountered in my life. Within last one month i visited three times but every time i have to search for a different branch because this branch was unable to get my work done. First time i came here to get a cashier cheque and got a response from the teller that the printer is not working so i need to go to a nearby branch. Second time i came to collect one dollar coins, this time the teller mentioned that they don't have any inventory of one dollar coins and finally today i visited to access my safe deposit this time the answer is our systems are down. Come on guys... this is not the way a bank should work. My strong recommendation to BOA is that they should close this branch. I told the same to one of the Manager however she told if so every BOA branch should be closed because system are down in all of the branches. I laughed at her and moved away.

I've found the staff and management at this BoA to be courteous, really swift at getting things done and efficient. There's never been a time I've arrived at the bank where I didn't feel like my needs weren't being met. I have occasionally had wait times (I can only recall one of 20+m) but honestly, the staff are always trying their best.

Very very bad. Too much wait it’s incredible that all the cashiers are open and just two are helping people. That’s very bad, all Bank of America are the same nowadays very slow . Before it was very fast and efficient no it’s terrible waiting I hope they can do something about it

Went in for a wire transfer. Banker by the name Julio Diaz helped with the wire. I had emailed him seeking explanation about wire transfer fees. He never responded to my email....
