Visited on a couple of occasions and my experience was pleasant overall. The staff is polite and very helpful. They do notary services free of cost for customers but only with appointments, so call before you go.
I entered the bank, and one the banker approached me. I said I wanted to deposit cash in my account, and she asked me to wait in front of the tellers. Sounds normal so far.nnMore customers started pouring in as this was the lunch hour, another banker comes and asks me - how can I help you? I say - need to deposit cash. He says, we have a line back there.nnAfter waiting for 15 minutes, I was told to wait in another line.nnThese folks do not know how to a work a bank in this day and age. One of the worst banking experiences so far.
Most of the time the service is good except that there is one lady who always provides poor service. It feels like I owe her quite a lot of money when she serves me. Is there is another branch nearby I will definitely not go here at all.
This branch does foreign exchange - It’s my go to place for just this reason.nnVery good experience with Japanese yen - but be careful some other currency need to be ordered in advance
Gabriella Olmos (the teller) she was simply amazing. She went extra miles to help me with some issue. She extremely helpful. Awesome person and worker. Good job. Impressive.
