Extremely long wait with almost no staff present and over 20 people in line waiting. They also have no staff for Citi gold. They wouldn't even let us use the restroom after over a 45 minute wait.
The worse bank ever I had!! I deposited a payroll check but it takes 4 days to deposit full amount in my account!! Never ever had this experience with other bank!!!nNote!! I don’t pay my rent installment!! So give my full amount check!!
A convenient ATM that's in a well lit parking lot.
Lots of parking available and that's about it. Very poor customer service and on Saturdays they have just two people to assist customers and one of them is always on a break. Although they are supposed to be open till 2:00, if you go after 1:00, it's very likely that you will hear things like sorry the system changed few mins back and it will take 2hrs to do it or sorry the system is down, sorry we don't have anything available or please come back on Monday. It's better to avoid this branch and do yourself a big favor
