I stole one of their shoes and I love it
Horrible service and discriminated manager!nnHonestly I love their styles but not manager. So I tried to return the shoes(which I just tried in my house) today. Manager told me there are some dents on the shoes(I didn’t check it when I buy them. If you buy things here, make sure you check). That’s fine. I request him to show my the same style shoes so I can compare. Then the manager said I will help you. Then he turned around and just ignored me and helped other customers. He looked at me sometimes and haven’t taken any action to do anything. I feel He didn’t want me to compare the shoes. TBH, I feel the manager is really tricky. You should check other stores not this one.
Got the shoes from Aldo. Loved it. However, the shoes left color on 5 pairs of my new socks. Went to the store and explained the situation to them. They neither compensated me nor looked into the situation (so that other customers don't face the same problem as I did).
Fashionable shoes at great prices like any Aldo. The manager was friendly but didn't really have the will power to help out and grab a lot of shoes from the back. Reasonable service.
