I have been to a few shoe stores looking for something in particular, although they did not have it even though it had it in stock in its website.. they did everything possible to have it shipped from another store so I could pick it up the next day.nThank you for helping me out.

Stood in this store for 20 minutes needing 3 pairs of basketball shoes and wanting a jersey. No help for us, apparently staff socializing was more important than making a $700 sale. Standing talking, no mind to any customer needs. 2 other customers left same time as us because of no help. Thank you Champs for taking care of us.

Best HOUSE OF HOOPS !!!nnI was just doing some family shopping with my 2 sons and decided to go to the footlocker. As soon as i entered the store the service was excellent. I was greeted by JR Fuller (general manager), he than brought out a couple of pairs of sneakers . He was very knowledgeable about all the products. I asked questions and they were answered with no hesitation. Mr. Fuller is by far the BEST thing that has ever happened to FOOTLOCKER!!!! I got what i was looking for and a had such a great experience shopping at this location. If FOOTLOCKER is smart they would have Mr. Fuller managing all the stores in Northern California!! I would recommend anyone to shop here!!!! Friendly staff. Typical store experience with support around buying. Wrong jacket delivered to house despite employees scanning correct jacket in person.

Had very limited womens section while the rest of the store was filled with mens. Looks like they only care about their men customers.
