Every single one of these 3 workers needs to be fired. I walked in and all 3 were at the register assisting 1 customer while there were just 2 other customers in the store. Not one worker greeted me. I waited patiently and 2 of the workers disappeared into the back. The customer left leaving only me in the store and I had to go ask for assistance. I wanted a particular shoe and asked where in the store this line was and they couldn’t answer me. I then asked if they had it and I was told “I don’t know.” What kind of customer service is this? Then another customer walked in and they didn’t greet her either. She had to walk to the front and ask “can somebody help me?” Now the store is crowded and only 1 of the 3 workers is out here helping customers. These employees are kids and they don’t give a damned about customer service. I will never return to this store!
Bought my work shoes from here the best work shoes i had so far
Service at Valley Fair store was terrible. Staff don't want their jobs. They should be replaced by staff who care about their customers. Wanted to buy a pair of shoes but ended up walking out of store without them when staff serving us walked away and out the back. We were the only customers in the store so not as if they were busy.
