Decent selection of big and tall shirts and pants. Customer service persons are friendly however policy is not. You can not return or exchange items that have been worn even once, even if they don't fit. This is modern era where almost every store allows this including cheaper online outlets. I will not be returning to this chain because of this and hope others find what they need.

Went in looking for dress shirts and undershirts. They made sure I had the perfect fit. Very happy with my first experience at this store.
Great place if a little pricey. I can always find something I like for a reasonable price. Love the graphic tees.
Sweet release for anyone who can't find stuff that fits them at other brick and mortar stores. The staff is extremely polite and willing to provide feedback on the look of a fit if you ask them. The selection is rather impressive-- although a bit pricey. They even offer a tailor service for if sleeves are too long on a coat or pants etc. Honestly, there's not enough places like this.
