Amazing deals
Usually there’s been a line here so I avoid it. Saw no line and that they closed at 7p so I run over, the guy at the door didn’t want to let me in even though it was still wasn’t 7p. Told him I had a return I wanted to do, and that their hours are until 7p. He said, “Sorry boss I can’t let anyone in, we open at 11am.” If they want to close at 6:50p then they should say they close at 6:50p. Yes, I’ll have to come again at a better time and just share my bad experience.
I drove to this outlet on 6/14/20 . I arrived 15 minutes before closing and the women manager who was working the door said I am sorry we are closed. We already have the allowed amount of customers. I asked her if I could wait for someone to come out and then grab a bag of socks and quickly pay for them. I explained to her this was the 3rd time I drove to her store today from Willow Glen but left because the line was so long. She said sorry! Hire someone with more heart and with better customer service. Closing early is not good customer service!!!!! Donna Sparagna
Been here several times the staff is always so helpful...great selection and even though i struck out this time they update their inventory pretty frequently...I will definitely be back there soon.
