My Papillon boy went there twice, and we keep going to TRIM! It's a bit far from my home but it sure is worth going there.nPros: Gentle handling, easy scheduling and payment system, responsive to my questions, yum dog foods optional.nCons: None.nI've never seen such a neat trim on his paws!
We really love Trim grooming. The groomer Yuki Is very professional and creative. We like the teddy bear style look on our red miniature poodle and of course the shampoo smell.
I've been going to TRIM for 4 years. I have nothing but only good things to say about this place! They always make my corgi look terrific. Cute little store located in downtown Los Gatos; they also offer homemade dog food, healthy snacks and dog accessories. Highly recommend!
Amazing service, clean and well kept retail, grooming, and daycare. Highly recommended... And they even make their own dog food for purchase!
I really want to thank the people at Trim for reaching out and making an effort to make up for the mishap I described in my first review. I've had several poor experiences with other groomers that I've expressed on Yelp and I've never received a response. The level of care I can see from the people at Trim blows me away! Thank you
