These guys always take care of their customers! Chet and his crew are very knowledgeable and are willing to what it takes to make sure you're happy with your experience. They are a little more pricey not being a "big box" store. However, worth it in order to get the high quality customer service they provide!
My husband and I recently went into Southwest Appliance to pick out the appliances for our new home. Holly, the owner, was especially helpful and sweet and helped us choose the appliances that were right for us. She was so knowledgeable and accommodating. We went to Southwest Appliance in Cedar City. Holly was very helpful and knowledgeable on washing machines. If you want a great experience and education on appliances, from people with integrity, I strongly recommend SOUTHWEST APPLIANCE. I studied and read all about top of the line washers. I did not find one negative post about Speed Queen appliances. i LOVE MY NEW WASHER.
I needed some help with a fire place and Chet was awsome in taking his time to call the manufacturer to get the information.
