Sitting in line for 45 minutes to use drive through deposit machine. All while waiting the staff would come outside and greet people and send them to the line and not control the line of cars. 5 people cut in front and added stress to a stressful experience . Will be changing banks due to this.

The teller here lost my 20 dollars from saving when i tried to withdraw money from checking (yes you see it right) they said they gave me money in coins LOL but i remembered when i walked out of the bank i only had cash on hand. Whats the point of having an option to call and make an appointment when they deny it ? I am a merchant and needed to make a cash deposit for work. Called to have them deposit it real quick instead got filtered into a 45 minutes wait in line at the drive thru. Great way to be there for the essential employees.
Im giving this bank 5 stars all because of Michelle. She was friendly & wasn't rude. She acted like a real person & genuinely seemed interested in the things I was saying. She also helped in every way she could to help me cash some money that kept having obstacles put in front of us. She didn't rush me when I asked to have a private space. She didn't badger me to open a bank account with them either. Which I am thankful for & now am seriously considering open a savings there. Thank you Michelle. You are awesome!
