Walked in at 5pm (they close at 6pm). They saw me and acknowledge that I was there. Waited a long time. Finally I walked out because it was obvious I was not going to get served.

Sometimes service is good! Other times it's slow. Ordered a new debit card thru drive up window, came back three weeks in a row and no new card. Had to re-order, frustrating. No good free candy either.

Been coming to this branch for 2months to cash my paycheck. Drive thru Opened at 9:30....show up this morning to cash my paycheck. Now they don't open till 10. Lobby still isn't open because of covid, so 9:30 was a good idea. 10 w/no notice is so frustrating! I start my job at 10 and it's not the same schedule every day, so there is no guarantee during the day when I'll have time to cash. And wall Mart doesn't accept the check in their machine. I relied on this branch opening at 9:30...again, so frustrating!! ud83dude21

DO NOT USE CASHMACHINE OF THIS BANK.nI have horrible experience of withdrawing cash here. 1/31 I tried to withdraw 420$, but it gave me only 370$ and one bill of 50$ was stacked and then retracted by machine. For now I still didn’t get my money back, because nobody cares. But 2/14 was the same tune. I tried to withdraw 420$ and again bills stacked, it was 150$. But I didn’t want to lost my money. I put my hand into cash machine find my stacked bill and pulled it out. I scratched my hand but at least I didn’t lost my money, since it significant amount for me.
