A staple of Washington's stoned culture. Must go if you love weed like I do
Very intelligent staff, not obnoxious at all. Prices are fair but nothing like these other great local shops(danks, white rabbit and bloom to name a few worth going to within a 5 mile radius). As much as i wish this shop was worth the trip it just isnt. I normally never leave reviews but this place took the cake for customer service, i mean really A for effort.
I've come here a few times on my trip up from Oregon and its always a great visit. Good prices, good selection and friendly budtenders, reminds me of the experiences in small town Oregon where the weed is cheap and the people friendly!
I have been going to rainier for about 4 years now, but probably never again. The staff is great, the prices are pretty good, but their return policy for cartridges is unrealistic. Most shops have a 7 day return policy, which gives the user enough time to see if the cartridge is working, and even better some have 30-day policies. I recently bought a cartridge here, not the first time, and it worked okay for a few days. When I went to charge it I realized it wasn’t working because the piece at the bottom of the cartridge where it meets the pen and atomizes was falling out and defective. There is literally no way I could have known about that within the 2 days. The girl in shop told me to just fix it myself with a paper clip or pliers. Not great customer service there, especially when I’ve been coming so long. I have wasted big money on a full, defective cartridge. Why would I want to go back to a place that won’t make up for their defective products?
They have Dose Oil that is perfect to use to make your own Brownies! Also have discounts of 20% on some products on Wednesdays. The staff are well informed Budtenders as well!
