I really hope the Keen Garage opens up again when businesses open back up. It is so great being able to try a keen shoes on as not all are a perfect fit for me. I buy at lease 4 pairs of shoes a year at the Palo Alto location. I always ask for Sonya. She has the patience of an angel. A lot of nice hiking shoes especially for women, but not only. I loved also sandals for hiking. Everything looks very strong and professional. For sure I will come back here, especially that they are only here, in Portland and in Japan.
Needed to upgrade my hiking boots.nSonja was very helpful and brought out a vast array of boots and sizes to try on.nI was thirsty and she even brought out a big cup of water to me. Love my new boots and my dog is happy too, longer hikes now. ud83dudc15
Wow a great selection of KEEN shoes. Every thing frow work to hiking to casual shoes. Great customer service. I really like this store. The shoes are stylish and durable. Money well spent.
