CSR (customer service representative) unfortunately had to be pressured into doing her job! This visit I needed confirmation on a deposited check from a few months back and she first told me I needed to make an appointment until she reluctantly (& allegedly) searched for it in the database, in the end was told to call customer service for help!!? Over the phone assistance only works in SOME situations...this WASN'T and ISN'T one of them.!
Never thought I was going to have a positive experience going into the bank but thanks to Kimberly Lindsay I was wrong. She went above and beyond for me and not only saved me money going forward but actually got some for me. I was thinking about changing banks some time soon but thanks to this experience I'll stick around a while longer.nnThanks Kim
This BOA is a joke explaining my one star. I come in here once a month and I wait in line for more then 30 mins every time. The tellers are really slow and they are always short staffed. You would think with their over all pour rating they would fix this. Corporate at its finest. I’m really disappointed with this place I’m glad I don’t have an account here and I’d definitely not recommend it to anyone.
