Management needs to figure out why it takes so long with bank tellers. Every time I need to come inside I hope that it will be efficient, but every time I am disappointed with how long it’s takes to be helped and how long I have to wait in line. I’ve never been inside a bank that lacks such urgency to help its customers. I’m not saying they don’t work hard and but the urgency isn’t there, especially when a long line is present.

They need to hire more help. Could not go inside and the car in front of me threw drive threw took forever. 4 cars in the other land went by while I had to wait. Friendly staff but they need help.

Great service helping with our business accounts and employees credit cards, especially as we grow in the amount of money we're handling. Appreciate the leadership and dedication at this branch!
