Never in my life have I had the displeasure of working with such an unprofessional “man”. He is dishonest, changes his story to match whatever lie he feels like telling that day, and then berates and belittles people when he does not get his way. I wish I had read these reviews sooner before agreeing to do work with him but never again. I beg you, businesses and individuals alike, not to do work with this person. If you google his company (both LRT and Mercer) you can see all of the awful reviews of his business practices which again, I wish I had done beforehand. Just please do your due diligence and research this company before agreeing to do business with him.

Approached Mercer for a quote for a/c part. Part was quoted with 6 day lead time, based on that we placed an order. Upon confirmation lead time went to two weeks. A/c is due to go out in the next week. Requested cancellation and refund, 5 times. No response. 1 month later, part gets shipped. We will never purchase from them again.
