The Massage Therapist was incredible and worked out all the knots that I had acquired during the pandemic. No small feat. The owners and staff are definitely very aware of and practicing social distancing with strict sanitation protocols for massages, sales area and restroom. Every surface touched gets sanitized. I felt very relaxed and was extremely satisfied with my Swedish massage. Thanks so much!
Great store! Needed some walking shoes for some COVID-time exercise. Shelby was super helpful!
Came in to get new running shoes for my son who runs as a collegiate athlete and the staff was extremely helpful.
My wife stopped in to get some advice on getting some new running shoes and was told to go somewhere else and was treated like an inconvenience. I would recommend the owners retrain their staff in the basics of customer service. Best avoided.
Awful awful customer service and communication process- we made an exchange for sons shoes that were not comfortable when running, the kids working there aren't able to give back money difference for cost (not just a couple of dollars owed back, but upwards $80), they asked me to email the owner and the kids left him a post it note with my information as well- it's been 2 months now emailing him once a week, no refund yet. He replied only the first week that he had a new system and needed to call the software support IT to see if there was a way to reverse a sale. Pretty confident we will never buy from this store again.
