We visited the Everett Mall location at around 1 pm this afternoon.nnI was surprised to find options that worked for me as I usually have trouble finding WIDE WIDTH shoes!nnWe were offered plenty of help as we shopped.nnAt check out, both women working were tied up with very difficult customers. One on the phone and one in person. These ladies handled it gracefully and respectfully and did not let it impact the service they gave to other customers waiting in line. That is hard to do. Kudos to both of you!
Friendly, clean, sanitizer for guests, they also sell masks. Buy one get one half off is always a great deal. Large selection.
Stock on shoes dwindling. Employees were nice and helpful.
Friendly staff, great customer service
I wanted to say that I found the help that Leila provided my SO and self was outstanding. She even helped us get a pair of shoes on when she didn't have to and when we were still having difficulties she found a shoehorn and showed us how to use the shoehorn as neither myself or SO have used one. Overall I would say that if you have a typical shoe width you are likely to find something at the store however should you need a wider width I would look online and if you find a shoe you like then call to verify if they have that shoe in store.
