I really liked this pet store, they had a ton of supplies for all animals , the only bad part about this place is the kids who work here! Well one kid actually, the young girl and cute boy with longer hair who work at the register are helpful and friendly but the guy who was stocking and pushing the cart around was weird! I asked him a few questions and he was completely clueless. I asked him a question about some fish and he just stared off into space and did not even hear me when I was litteraly like 3 ft away from him....he should not be working at this pet store.
Great products and prices compared to larger stores I've been too. Friendly service. But need one wo more employees able to work floor to help customers. But I'll be back!
Had to stop by and check out kittens that were available for adoption and I was shopping for a new heating lamp and light bulb for my Hermann Tortoise. I was quickly greeted by an associate. I didn't get his name but he helped me choose the right heating lamp and light bulb for my tortoise. I was able to use my 20% coupon I usually get in my email. Carter's Pet Mart is my place to buy stuff for my tortoise Milo. Very helpful staff and friendly associates. I highly recommend Carter's Pet Mart!!
